Partner Commission, Wallet and Payout Requests
Partner Commission, Wallet and Payout Requests
Track eligible commission, wallet movements, deductions and payout requests with a clear audit trail.
Overview
The partner finance views distinguish projected, pending, approved, payable and paid values so partners do not confuse gross client billing with withdrawable earnings.
Who should use this guide
Use this guide when reviewing reseller earnings, white-label settlements, manual discounts, wallet funding or payout status.
Important points
- Commission becomes payable only under the agreement conditions and after the underlying payment is verified and no longer pending.
- Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, gateway costs and authorized additional discounts can reduce the commission basis.
- A prepaid licence wallet is not the same as an earnings balance; each has a separate ledger purpose.
- Payout requests require valid bank/tax details and remain traceable through requested, approved, processed or rejected statuses.
- Completed accounting entries are retained even when the related client later becomes inactive or is deleted.
Important: Do not promise payout from dashboard gross sales. Use only the available payable balance shown after all adjustments and approval rules.
Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Review the commission summary
Open Commission to compare gross eligible sales, pending values, deductions, payable balance and paid totals for the selected period.
Step 2: Inspect transaction details
Open the underlying client subscription and payment to confirm package, screens, amount, discount, tax and commission rule.
Step 3: Review wallet entries separately
Use Wallet to distinguish deposits, wholesale licence reservations, deductions, reversals and available prepaid balance.
Step 4: Confirm payout profile
Select bank, UPI, PayPal or Razorpay and complete its required destination fields. Bank needs payee, bank, account and IFSC; Razorpay needs a fund account ID.
Step 5: Submit a payout request
Enter an amount not exceeding the available payable balance and submit it for administrator review.
Step 6: Track the status
Monitor requested, approved, processed or rejected status and read any administrator note or transfer reference.
Step 7: Reconcile the statement
Match the payout with bank credit, commission ledger and tax/accounting records before closing the period.
