Overview

The white-label website includes editable themes, responsive section and card images, a live pricing calculator and an enquiry form under the partner identity. Prices are calculated by the same quote service used during registration, so the public total and billing flow remain aligned.

Who should use this guide

Use this guide when a white-label partner is preparing website content, section/card imagery, plan cards, annual pricing, screen ranges, registration links or website lead handling.

Important points

  • Customers can switch between monthly and annual billing and choose from one to fifty screens.
  • Each public plan remains linked to a platform package so its actual entitlement is never replaced by marketing copy.
  • Custom pricing supports a monthly per-screen rate, an optional annual per-screen total, and minimum/maximum screen quantities.
  • Features, Solutions and How it works can each use an optional wide section image plus an independent image for every content card.
  • Uploaded website images are copied to the media CDN and displayed responsively without stretching; existing text-only websites remain unchanged.
  • Choose Plan carries the selected plan, billing cycle and screen quantity into registration.
  • Contact-form submissions are stored against the partner and emailed to the partner support/contact address without platform marketing identity.
Important: Test prices, GST totals and registration links before publishing. A custom public price does not change the wholesale licence obligation or merchant verification requirements.
Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Prepare website imagery

Use wide landscape media for section images (about 1800 × 650) and consistent 1200 × 750 images for cards. Keep important subjects away from the outer edges for mobile cropping.

Step 2: Upload section and card images

Open Website Builder → Sections. Add an optional section image, then add, replace or remove the image for each feature, solution or process card.

Step 3: Review responsive presentation

Use the file previews, save the partner and inspect the published site on desktop and mobile. Images keep their aspect ratio and use a clean cover crop.

Step 4: Open the partner pricing settings

Edit the white-label partner and select Custom pricing if partner-specific public rates are required.

Step 5: Edit each public plan

Set its name, customer description, selling points and Website visibility while retaining the source package link.

Step 6: Set monthly and annual rates

Enter the retail monthly price per screen. Optionally enter the annual total per screen; otherwise annual pricing is calculated from the monthly rate and pricing rules.

Step 7: Set the supported screen range

Enter minimum and maximum screens for the plan. Customers outside that range are asked to select an eligible plan.

Step 8: Publish and test the calculator

On the partner website, switch monthly/annual, increase screens and verify each displayed total including GST and applicable discount.

Step 9: Test registration handoff

Click Choose Plan and confirm plan, screen count and billing cycle arrive correctly on registration and checkout.

Step 10: Test the enquiry form

Submit a controlled enquiry and confirm it is saved and delivered to the configured partner support/contact email.
