White-label Setup, Branding and Customer Experience
White-label Setup, Branding and Customer Experience
Configure a professional white-label identity, customer experience, support details and partner-owned plans.
Overview
White-label settings control how the partner brand is presented after login and, once domain infrastructure is live, on the partner custom hostname.
Who should use this guide
This guide is for white-label administrators preparing their branding, plan catalogue, support process and customer launch.
Important points
- Use a transparent, high-resolution logo and favicon that remain readable on light and dark surfaces.
- Configure brand colours with sufficient contrast; preview desktop and mobile views before launch.
- Provide monitored support email, phone, WhatsApp and business-hour details so clients know who owns first-line support.
- Create customer plans with clear screen, storage, app and feature entitlements while accounting for wholesale licence cost.
- A normal SignMitra login remains available until custom-domain DNS and HTTPS are verified and provisioned.
Important: White-label presentation does not transfer ownership of SignMitra infrastructure or bypass wholesale licence settlement.
Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Complete the legal partner profile
Enter the partner legal name, GST/tax details, billing address, authorized contact and agreement information.
Step 2: Upload brand assets
Add the primary logo, compact logo and favicon, then confirm original aspect ratios are preserved without unwanted boxes or cropping.
Step 3: Set colours and support identity
Choose accessible primary and secondary colours and enter customer-facing support contact details.
Step 4: Configure customer plans
Define the plans the partner will sell, including retail pricing, billing cycle, screens, storage and permitted features.
Step 5: Choose payment and licence settlement
Select whether SignMitra or the partner merchant collects retail payment and whether wholesale licences use wallet or platform invoice settlement.
Step 6: Configure the custom hostname
Enter a hostname such as signage.partnerdomain.com, create its CNAME, and complete DNS/HTTPS verification.
Step 7: Run a branded acceptance test
Test login, dashboard branding, plan purchase, invoice ownership, notifications, support links, screen publishing and mobile responsiveness with a test client.
